BMM SYMPOSIUM “PUBLIC - PRIVATE - PATIENT”
Date: 2012-06-28, 13.30-18.00
Place: Utrecht, Beatrixgebouw

The BioMedical Materials program (BMM) will organize a symposium (in Dutch) for the launch of the BMM book titled “Public - Private - Patient” on Thursday 28 June 2012. This book highlights the achievements of the BMM projects, and has been developed in close collaboration with all 18 projects in BMM, the Dutch Heart Foundation, Dutch Kidney Foundation and the Dutch Arthritis Foundation.
Using text and illustrations, the book describes the successes of the BMM projects up to the MidTerm Review. The book will serve as a tool and a medium to illustrate the objectives and outcome of the BMM projects to the non-scientific community.
During this symposium BMM researchers will present the results within their projects. This day will be chaired by Ria Bremer.
Finally, we will hand over the first copy of this book to Mr. Bertholt Leeftink, Director-General Enterprise and Innovation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation, as a tangible result of the governmental support of our BMM program.
The symposium will also offer ample opportunity to meet with your colleagues and discuss recent developments in our BMM Life Sciences and Health sector.
We would be honored to welcome you at this festive occasion.
You can register for this symposium by sending an e-mail to
office@bmm-program.nl.
